Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Under Rule 3(2) of India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, zmail.foo publishes the following mechanism for filing and resolving grievances.
How to file a grievance
Any user or affected person may file a grievance through the grievance form, or by email to grievance@zmail.foo. Include:
- Your name and contact details.
- A clear description of the grievance.
- Any supporting URLs, message IDs, or screenshots.

Response times
- Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receipt.
- Resolution: within 15 days of receipt (Rule 3(2)(a)).
- Non-consensual intimate content, impersonation, or child safety: action within 24 hours (Rule 3(2)(b)).
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to the Grievance Appellate Committee constituted under Rule 3A of the same Rules, at gac.gov.in.
Recordkeeping
All grievances and their resolutions are recorded in our audit log and retained per our Data Retention Policy.
