Terms of Service

1. Who can use zmail.foo
zmail.foo is a private email network for verified professionals. You must be at least 18, provide accurate credentials, and comply with these Terms.
2. Verification is required to send
Anyone with a zmail.foo account can receive mail. To send messages — internally or to external addresses — your credentials must be reviewed and approved by our team. Submitting false credentials will result in permanent account termination.
3. Your handle is permanent
Once you claim your @zmail.foo handle during onboarding, it is final. Contact an administrator only if the handle must be changed for legal reasons.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. No spam, no impersonation, no illegal content.
5. External delivery
Messages you send to non-@zmail.foo addresses are delivered through third-party email infrastructure. We cannot guarantee delivery to recipients whose mail servers reject or filter our messages.
6. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or falsify verification information.
7. No warranties
zmail.foo is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free delivery.
