Community Guidelines
Last updated: 2026-07-21
zmail.foo is a professional directory and inbox. These guidelines exist so both sides — professionals and clients — can operate safely.
Be honest
- Use your real name and real credentials.
- Never impersonate another person, firm, or authority.
- Only display badges the platform has issued to you.
Be respectful
- No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination on protected grounds.
- No threats of violence or doxxing.
- Keep disagreements civil; escalate serious issues via Report.
Keep it professional
- No unsolicited bulk email or spam.
- No pay-for-play reviews or fake testimonials.
- Fees, scope, and timelines must be disclosed before work begins.
Protect confidentiality
- Do not share client documents or communications outside your engagement.
- Protect minors; do not solicit personal information from anyone under 18.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, hidden content, badge revocation, temporary suspension, or permanent removal. Serious violations (fraud, threats, CSAM) are reported to law enforcement.
Report a violation any time via the Report button on any profile or message, or via the grievance form.
