zmail.foo respects intellectual property rights. This page describes how to notify us of infringing content.
Notice requirements
Under India's IT Rules 2021 §3(1)(d) and the U.S. DMCA §512(c)(3), a notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our platform (URL/message id) that is claimed to be infringing.
- Your contact information (name, email, address, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How to submit
Send notices to copyright@zmail.foo or via the grievance form. We aim to review notices within 36 hours per IT Rules 2021.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same required elements plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that receive multiple valid notices are subject to suspension and permanent removal.
